The size guide is located under the description of each shoe, where you can compare the standard EU, UK, US and JP sizes. Certain brands such as Italigente and Myrqvist and unique in size, but can be comparable within the size guide.

We are a drop-ship platform which means that we don’t hold stock ourselves. That is why you will find that each brand has its own policies when it comes to shipping costs. Some will ship for free whilst others will charge for shipping. You will find the shipping costs for each country and brand under Additional Information at each product page.
Do you have free shipping?
Some brands offer free shipping depending on the country of delivery. When proceeding to checkout, you will get a final calculation that includes shipping costs.
What is the process of delivering my items after I have placed my order?
The shoes will ship from the vendor as soon as the payment has been cleared and the order has been processed. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
How long is delivery time?
Typically a week, depending on the country of delivery.
Which couriers do you use?
DHL, FedEx, UPS and the like – this is up to the manufacturers, as the shoes are shipped directly from the makers to you.
Do you express deliver?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Some brands, like Caulaincourt, will let you exchange for a different size once and cover return shipping. All brands will let you exchange your shoes as long as you pay for return shipping.
What happens if my items were faulty or incorrect?
Contact us via email or call us on +46 730 23 83 84, and we will do our best to solve the matter. The shoes will have to be returned, and a replacement pair will be sent out.

What is your refund policy?
The refund policies vary a little depending what brand we are talking about but generally the shoes need to be in mint condition, only tried on on a mat as not to damage the soles and returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened and used shoe care products are not refundable.

Access to and use of theworldofshoes.com and the products and services available and orders made through theworldofshoes.com (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following general terms and conditions (the “General T&C”) By using the Services, you are agreeing to these General T&C, as may be updated by The World of Shoes from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the General T&C that will apply to your order will be those on theworldofshoes.com at the time you use the Services.

In order to place an order you must be 18 years or older. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to Us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years old and an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
After you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming the receipt of the order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A purchase agreement for the purchase will not be formed until the order has been confirmed by Us my e-mail (as separate from the email acknowledging the receipt of the order) and your payment has been approved by Us and We have debited your credit or debit card.
6. Prices and payment
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly stated at theworldofshoes.com where applicable. You may pay for your order in the ways set out on theworldofshoes.com.
Upon receiving your order We carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
The World of Shoes reserves the right to direct your payment to another receiver, as from time to time applicable.
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days set forth on theworldofshoes.com. The expected delivery time is set forth in the order confirmation, at the checkout and/or on the current product page on theworldofshoes.com. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with reservation of products not in stock), delivery will be made no later than 30 working days after The World of Shoes has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. You are entitled to cancel the purchase if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days, or the later day agreed in connection with the order, provided that the delay is not caused by you.
If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and order number. You will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and/or by SMS, if you have provided a mobile number.
8. Delivery changes
Even if We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on theworldofshoes.com are accurate, errors may occur. If We discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered We will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If We are unable to contact you We will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will under these circumstances receive a full refund.
9. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on theworldofshoes.com you have in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation a right to cancel any purchase (“Right of Withdrawal”) by notifying The World of Shoes within 14 days from when you received the product ordered (“Withdrawal Period”). The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specification or which otherwise has been given a clear personalized character.
In connection with ordering a product for which the Right of Withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information.
If you wish to use your Right of Withdrawal you shall, prior to the expiry of the Withdrawal Period, send a clear message to The World of Shoes, Pingstvagen 4B; via email firstname.lastname@example.org or as otherwise described on theworldofshoes.com in the manner set forth here. You shall provide your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the message. You may also use the standard form for the Right of Withdrawal provided by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Policies, which you find here http://www.konsumentverket.se/Foretag/Konsumentratt/Angerratt/ or any other equivalent authority in their respective country.
If you use your Right of Withdrawal, you shall pay for the return shipping costs and are responsible for the condition of the product after you have received the product and during the return shipping. The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when The World of Shoes was notified of the withdrawal. The product shall be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box and/or packaging. Any returns shall be sent in accordance with the methods and directions set forth on theworldofshoes.com or which you have been informed of before posing the order. Depending on the destination, you may be subject to additional charges in order to receive their package. Such charges include customs and duty charges, VAT/local taxes, etc.
The World of Shoes may at time offer returns free of charge for certain products. If return free of charge is applicable, this is set forth on the applicable page for the product on theworldofshoes.com. When you withdraw your purchase in accordance with your Right of Withdrawal, The World of Shoes will refund the amount you have paid for the product, including shipping costs of the shipment from The World of Shoes to you. Any additional shipping costs due to you choosing another delivery than the standard delivery offered by the World of Shoes are exempted from refund. Upon return of part of an order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The World of Shoes will pay back the amount without undue delay, however, no later than within 14 days from the date The World of Shoes received your notification of withdrawal. However, The World of Shoes may delay repayment until The World of Shoes has received the product or you have provided proof that the product has been returned, e.g. by means of certificate of delivery. Repayment will be made to you by the payment method chosen by you, unless otherwise agreed.
The World of Shoes guarantees a full refund of the returned products in accordance with what is set out above provided that all products are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the products should not have been damaged, soiled, altered or worn (other than to try the product on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. The World of Shoes is entitled to deduct an amount from the amount to be refunded, which corresponds to the depreciation in value of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent such depreciation in value is caused by you having handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its function or characteristics.
In case of a defective product you have a right to file a complaint according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wishes to assert your right to file a complaint you shall contact The World of Shoes, as soon as possible after the defect was discovered. The World of Shoes carry the cost for the return freight for approved complaints.
Once a product, for which a complaint has been filed, is returned and the complaint approved, The World of Shoes will refund you in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The World of Shoes strives to do so within 30 days from receipt of the complaint. The World of Shoes reserves the right to refuse any complaint if the product, in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation, proves not to be defective. Upon complaints The World of Shoes strives to comply with the guidelines provided by the National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authorities in other countries.
11. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in the software and content made available to you on or through theworldofshoes.com remains the property of The World of Shoes or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by The World of Shoes and its licensors. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on theworldofshoes.com nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

12. Force Majeure
The World of Shoes is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond The World of Shoes’ control, such as general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, The World of Shoes shall inform you to the extent possible. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both you and The World of Shoes are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
13. Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these General T&C is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal, the remainder of that provision and all other provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any provisions determined invalid or unenforceable will be substituted by relevant legal guidance and advice.
The failure by The World of Shoes to enforce any provision of these General T&C shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision, nor shall it affect the right of The World of Shoes to subsequently enforce that provision.
14. Disclaimer of liability
The material displayed on theworldofshoes.com is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary The World of Shoes hereby expressly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by law and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this theworldofshoes.com, any websites linked to through theworldofshoes.com and any materials posted thereon.
