Skomakeri Framåt's four female shoemakers produce comfortable and stylish men's and women's shoes. The shoemaking skills have been passed on from masters to students for generations since the late 1800s.

The workshop moved to its present location, in the medieval city centre of Stockholm, in the early 1960's. All Skomakeri Framåt's shoes are bespoke and made entirely by hand.

Skomakeri Framåt has the honour of holding a royal warrant from Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, the current Swedish king.
