Allan Baudoin is a former computer scientist who turned a bespoke shoemaker with his own brand Allan runs his own bespoke label (see separate article in our TWOS brand guide), He teamed up with ex-racing driver Bo Langevald, who was suffering in his formal dress shoes he wore to office. The aim was to create a shoe that were elegant yet outstandingly comfortable.
This resulted in the birth of the shoe brand Baudoin and Lange 2016. B&L focus on Belgian style loafers and makes superb quality ready-to-wear. (although you can get bespoke made as well)
B&L put a lot of effort into their craftmanship and the highest attention to materials.
The brand can only be purchased online but you are more than welcome to their garage-salestyle atelier in Dalston, where you can see the shoes being made.
