Time has come to head off for the winter edition of the greatest reoccurring event of the sartorial world: Pitti Uomo. Held once every June and January, it brings together exhibitors, artisans, designers, buyers, shop owners, journalists and bloggers to a trade fair that is a massive celebration of men's style and fashion in every sense of the word.
We are looking forward to catch up with both old and new friends and business partners. This edition’s exhibitors include Alberto Fasciani, Alden, Allen Edmonds, Barker, Barrett, Boot Black, Borgioli Fratelli, Bow-Tie, Carmina, Cheaney, Crockett & Jones, Fanga, Edward Green, Grenson, Lidfort, Loake, Magnanni, Marcus De, Paraboot, Rivolta, Sanders, Scarpe Di Bianco, Silvano Lattanzi and Tricker’s, among many others.
Just as at the previous edition, we have teamed up with Carlo Baroncini Photography to bring you some great shots of new shoe collections, beautiful exhibitor booths, the obligatory peacocks and just well dressed people in the fabulous environment that is Florence and Fortezza da Basso. We will also do a few shop visits and interviews, as well as attend events in town during the evenings. After the tragic loss of Riccardo “Freccia” Bestetti in 2016, the company still lives on and we look forward to see what they have in plan for the coming year:
